Olenian Ltd (Olenian) is an independent small business, advising the operators of facilities that offer processing services for radioactive material (our Principals) how they might market those services to potential end-clients across much of Europe, identifying such clients and introducing such clients to our Principals.
What data do we collect?
Olenian collects personal identification information: name, email address, contact phone numbers, office address.
How do we collect your data?
We collect your data
• when you provide an email response from our website
• if you communicate with us by any other means.
Olenian may also receive your data as a result of our own research (eg via your company’s website or other publicly available information (including trade registers)).
How will we use your data?
Olenian collects your data so we can:
• for our Principals; market the Principal’s services, manage our commercial relationship including billing
• for end-clients; facilitate introductions with our Principals with the intention of developing a business relationship between client and Principal
• for potential Principals; market our own services to you
• On occasion, we might identify opportunities for end-clients to work together to benefit themselves and/or our Principals – in such cases we would only release your data with your prior permission.
Our business purpose is to bring end-clients and Principals together and to nurture that business relationship. Please let us know if you do not wish us to share your information with any or all of our Principals, the names of which are listed on our website.
How do we store your data?
Olenian uses standard Microsoft® software to store your data securely on encrypted laptops, password-protected and with secure cloud storage provided on servers located in the European Union. We are a two-person business whereby only those two owner-managers have access to your data.
Olenian will wish to send you information regarding our Principals’ services and, where appropriate, our own services. You may opt-out of this at any time by contacting us at our registered address.
